Kitsap Foster Care Association
Kitsap Foster Care Association (KFCA) is a non-profit organization formed in 1991.
We are dedicated to the foster care system, foster parents and foster children living in Kitsap County Washington. Our membership is strictly voluntary and is made up of foster parents licensed by the State of Washington and other local, private, agencies. We exist to support foster families with first time placements as well as seasoned foster parents.
Monthly meetings.
6pm to 8pm the third Wednesday of each month

To support and inspire foster, kinship, and adoptive caregivers through educational opportunities, enrichment activities, and by advocating for foster children in our local community.
